Shipping & Returns
Please see below Kids Party Store’s shippings and returns information and policies. The following information includes shipping pricing, dispatch and delivery estimates.
We charge a flat rate of $12 per order for postage over Australia. All items are posted via Sendle or Australia Post.
We also offer an express post option with a flat rate of $20.

Estimated Delivery times:
Regular post: 4 – 7 days for regular post. However, over peak periods such as Christmas this may be longer.
Express post: estimated 1-3 days (depending on location). We are based in Melbourne and will provide shipping tracking numbers upon parcel lodgement.
*Please note: Timeframe estimates are from when the parcel is sent and only account for business days. All orders are processed and sent as soon as possible as we know how important it is to receive your purchase promptly. These do not include delays outside our control
Free postage for all Australian orders over $150.
Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange. Please contact us via the contact page for a returns form.
What does Authority to Leave (ATL) mean?
All online orders will be dispatched with ‘Authority to Leave’ at the time of purchase. Your parcel will be left at the front door of the property or a safe location around the property.
Please be aware that on some occasions, if the delivery driver does not feel there is a safe location to leave the parcel unattended, they may leave a collection card and drop this at the most local depot for collection – this is completely up to the discretion of the driver.
PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.
We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
